Dates & Times

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR THE NEXT SESSION ? The next class session will begin on Monday, June 16, 2008, and will run for twelve weeks, ending on September 1, 2008.
CAN I BEGIN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COURSE ?
Yes. The course is modularized (as much as reasonably possible) to allow each class to stand on it’s own. This allows a new student to start his ground training as soon as possible, instead of waiting for the next session. Any missed classes can be taken at the beginning of the following session.
ON WHAT DAYS IS CLASS ?
The class is taught every Monday night, with only a few exceptions for holidays or weather.

Classes are held from 7:00 pm till 10:00 pm, with a brief, mid-class break.

Attendance

HOW MANY CLASSES ARE REQUIRED FOR COURSE COMPLETION ? A minimum of eight (of the twelve total) classes must be completed to meet the minimum course requirements.

It is not mandatory to complete any single specific class. However, to best keep up with the class, it is recommended that all reading and homework assignments still be completed.
HOW DO I MADE UP A CLASS ?
A class can be made up through individual, one-on-one ground instruction. The class instructor should be contacted for scheduling. The class can also be taken during the following session (offered approximately every three months).
WHAT IF I AM LATE TO CLASS ?
Late arrivals are accepted within the first thirty minutes of class. However it is important to be as punctual as possible, to insure complete coverage of the class material as well as reduce the disruption to other students. If more than thirty minutes of a class is missed, a make-up class should be considered.
CAN I COME BACK TO REPEAT CLASSES IN THE FUTURE ?
Once a class has been completed, the student may repeat that same class during the following year, at no cost.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER TO CLASS WITH ME ?
One friend or family member can attend any class for one-half price, when accompanied by a regular rate student.
